Nina brings 20+ years of project management and operations experience across construction and business environments. Her background includes leading projects from initiation through completion, managing subcontractor relationships, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered in budget, on time, and within scope. Nina has extensive experience in project management and administration, contract coordination, scheduling, and process improvement, with a strong focus on communication, organization, and client satisfaction. Her practical industry experience allows her to support stakeholders, project teams, and contractors in improving operational efficiency, strengthening project delivery, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.

 

Nina attended the University of Florida and Armstrong Atlantic State University. She holds certifications in Project Management, Contracts Law, and Procore.
