Before joining Ascent, Brian worked in roles supporting project teams, superintendents, and leadership—often bridging the gap between the office and the jobsite. He has led initiatives around document control, project coordination, workflow standardization, and technology adoption, with a particular focus on practical tools that support growth without overcomplicating day-to-day operations.
